The Rivers of Light dance program has become a much-loved section of the festival programming. It is thus with immense pleasure that this year, we welcome the dance company Axile and its project FLOW.

FLOW, The Experience, explores the humanity that is found in nature and the way it is influenced by the presence or absence of water. Within this, the show also unearths the intensity of the waterfalls, the seriousness of the river’s deep waters and the dryness of the riverbanks.

This exploration, done in and around Sherbrooke’s Fine Arts Museum, is the result of 18 months of research by its Artistic Director Annie Deslongchamp as well as the choreographers Elise Legrand and Liliane St-Arnaud and their troop of visionary dancers.

Join us for this very special evening where the outdoors of the Fine Arts Museum will be completely transformed with the help of Pierre-Luc Racine’s projections and Sébastien Langlois’ set design.
